These artisanal crackers are available in four delicious flavors: Pumpkin Seed Cumin, Crispy Classic (plain), Currant Fennel and Everything Bagel Spice. They are crunchy, tasty and unlike the ordinary crackers you’ve had before. Oh— and they happen to be gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, soy-free, non-GMO and made with nutritious whole grain flours and olive oil. Hand rolled in large oval shapes, they can be used as a flatbread to build your own creation or broken into pieces for use on a traditional cheese or charcuterie board.

Beth was introduced to the gluten-free diet her my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. Not as many store bought options back then and since she was an avid at-home baker she would dove into gluten-free baking to provide her with the staples of a six year old’s social life. She has spent the last seventeen years experimenting with gluten-free baking (using friends and family as guinea pigs!) and developing recipes that are equal to, maybe better, than their gluten versions. She has also studied nutrition, whole grains, lower sugar content and have incorporated these things in to my own diet and baking.

Why crackers? They are an unusual product to make. Especially as the gluten-free baked goods marketplace has exploded with sweet products. Savory crackers seemed an important offering for those with restricted diets.

Gluten-free diners know to carry crackers with them when going out to eat. It’s nice to have something when the bread basket arrives. Be the envy of other diners at the table with these tasty crackers! Try them with butter.
